How Do I Place An Order?
When you click an Order link, you will be taken to our secure
server where you will set up your account. You will answer
an online questionnaire to provide information relevant to
your medical condition. Once you complete the questionnaire,
you will see a confirmation page to review your answers for
accuracy. At this point, you will submit your order for processing.
You may pay for your order by credit card (Visa), E-Check

What Happens Once I Submit My Order?
A US licensed physician will review the information you have
submitted and either approve or decline your request.
If approved, the physician will write the prescription and
send it to the pharmacy where it will be filled and shipped
to you via FedEx priority overnight. Your prescription will
include information explaining the usage, dose, and precautionary
information for your med. You will also receive contact information
for the pharmacist in case you have any questions after you
receive your med.
After placing your order you will be able to track it's process
in real-time by logging into the help desk. When your order
ships, the FedEx tracking number will be e-mailed to you
so you may track its progress through the FedEx system.

Do You Ship Orders Everyday?
We do not process prescription orders on the weekend. If
you place an order after 2:00 pm Eastern Standard Time
on Friday, the order will be sent to the pharmacy and shipped
on Monday.
Can I Return My Medication For A Refund?
We are unable to accept returned prescription meds due to
Federal Law.
